How does the delivery process work?

Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.

After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed in green packaging and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

How are items packaged?
We are committed to sustainability in our packaging while ensuring the safety of the orders dispatched. We are committed towards a clean and green packaging and we try our best to use less amount of plastics and emphasise more on green packaging material. Our shipping cardboard outer box is eco friendly and made from 100% recycled paper. Where feasible, we use paper-fillers instead of bubble wrap, and this is a process of continuous improvement for us. We are committed to further substantially reducing plastic in our packaging and are constantly innovating new solutions given the nature of our category.

Shipping availability :
We ship to all of the states in India. We are actively working on enabling the international shipping from our platform.

Shipping Timings:

For orders within Karnataka: Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 working days after we receive it. Once dispatched, you can expect delivery within the next 2-3 working days (its an expected date as it may change due to operational constraint from the shipping partner).

For orders outside Karnataka (Rest of India): Your order will be dispatched within 3-5 working days after we receive it. Once dispatched, you can expect delivery within the next 5-10 working days (its an expected date as it may change due to operational constraint from the shipping partner).

Shipping Rates:

The shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your shipment. You will find the shipping charges clearly mentioned in your invoice before you proceed to make the payment.

We strive to offer competitive shipping rates by partnering with multiple courier services. The shipping partner for your order is chosen based on the best combination of service and rate available at the time of shipment.

Tracking Details:

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email or SMS containing the tracking details along with the name of the shipping partner. This will enable you to conveniently track your parcel until it reaches your doorstep.

RETURN POLICY

Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds are applicable only for products purchased directly from our website.

To be eligible for a refund, you must request the refund within 30 days of receiving the product.

Custom-made or personalised products are exempt from refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of receiving the product, along with photographic evidence, to initiate a refund.

Non-Delivery: If you do not receive your order within the specified delivery timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and issue a refund if the product cannot be delivered.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

The cost of return shipping for damaged or defective products will be covered by us.
RETURN PROCESS
