Hot-process handmade soaps with no SLS, no animal cruelty, and no harsh chemicals. Doctor-recommended for sensitive skin.

100% soy wax candles, hand-poured in small batches with natural fragrances. Each burn time is 35–45 hours.

Shipping Policy

DELIVERING NATURE'S GIFTS ACROSS INDIA

We ship to every state across India. All orders are dispatched from Bengaluru, Karnataka within 24–48 working hours of order confirmation. Each order is packed by hand in eco-conscious kraft paper and natural twine — because the unboxing is part of the ritual.

• 1Free Pan-India Shipping on all orders, regardless of order value. No minimum cart required. (*Terms apply)

• 2Processing Time: Orders are dispatched within 24–48 working hours. Tracking details are sent via email once the order is picked up.

• 3Estimated Delivery: Metro cities 3–5 days; Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities 5–8 days; Remote areas 7–12 days. Times may vary during peak seasons or public holidays.

• 4Delays Beyond Our Control: We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, customs, or regional disruptions. We will assist in tracking resolution.

Returns & Refunds

"If you are not completely delighted with your Nature's Bed purchase, we will make it right. No complicated procedures, no judgment."

We operate a 7-day easy returns policy from the date of delivery. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 7 days and we will initiate a return or exchange.

• ✓Eligible for Return: Unopened products in original packaging, products received damaged or defective, products incorrectly dispatched.

• ✗Not Eligible: Opened fragrance products (for hygiene), personalised or custom-made items, products damaged due to misuse.

• ✓Refund Process: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after the returned product is received and inspected at our facility.

• ✓Exchange Option: Prefer an exchange? We happily swap for any product of equal or greater value (you pay the difference). No return shipping cost charged for exchanges.

• ✓Damaged in Transit: Please photograph the damaged parcel and product upon receipt and email it to naturesbedonline@gmail.com within 48 hours. We will resolve it on priority.

• ✓Every production batch is tested for scent integrity, burn quality (incenses and candles), lather and pH balance (soaps), and fragrance longevity (perfumes and roll-ons).

• ✓Products are packed in an allergen-aware environment. Ingredient lists are printed on all packaging. If you have known sensitivities, please contact us before ordering.
