What is the minimum order quantiy (MOQ) ?
Our standard MOQ is 50 units per SKU for the Starter tier. Partnership Pro requires 200 units per SKU, and Private Label / OEM requires a minimum of 500 units per SKU. We are flexible for mixed-SKU orders — discuss your requirements with our team and we'll find a solution.
What is the lead time for bulk orders ?
Standard wholesale orders (no customisation) typically have a 7–15 business day production lead time after order confirmation and payment. Custom-branded and private-label orders require 21–30 business days. We provide a firm lead time commitment with every order confirmation.
Do you ship across India for B2B orders ?
Yes — we ship B2B orders across all states in India via Shiprocket's business logistics network. Orders are fully insured and tracked from our studio to your warehouse or event venue. Delivery timelines are confirmed at order placement based on your location.
Do you offer custom branding or private label ?
Yes — at the Partnership Pro and Private Label tiers. We offer custom insert cards, branded packaging, and full private-label (OEM) service where your brand name and logo appear on our products. Bespoke fragrance formulations are also available at the OEM tier with a 500-unit MOQ.
Can we get product samples before placing a bulk order ?
Absolutely. All Partnership Pro and above enquiries receive a complimentary curated sample kit of the requested products. For Starter tier, samples are available at a nominal cost (deducted from your first bulk order). We believe you should experience the quality before committing.
What is the return/quality guarantee for wholesale ?
Every wholesale batch is quality-checked before dispatch. In the unlikely event of defective or damaged goods, we replace them at no cost — full stop. We stand behind every product we make, whether it's 1 unit or 1,000 units.
